He founded TechFetch.com, a technology talent marketplace that has connected a community of more than 2 million technology professionals with employers and recruiters. Its back office has been based in Tirunelveli for 20 years, proof that globally relevant technology operations can be built and sustained outside the big metros.

Rural job creation as economic development

As Co-Founder and Chairman of TiliconVeli Tech Park, Praba helped build an ecosystem that today supports 12 technology companies and about 800 jobs. The aim was never just office space. It was to prove a different model: instead of asking young people to migrate to big cities, bring high-quality careers to the communities where talent already lives.

Talent should not have to migrate in search of opportunity. Technology can bring opportunity to where talent already lives.

AI-native workforce systems

Today Praba is Co-Founder of Maayu AI and Maayu Government Solutions. Maayu combines conversational AI, voice, vision, automation and agentic workflows to help people prepare for work and to help employers find, engage, qualify and schedule the right talent. He holds U.S. patented technology in AI-assisted career advancement.

Investor, mentor and speaker

Praba has invested in and mentored dozens of SaaS and technology companies and helps founders go from zero to one. He is active on the advisory boards of non-profits including ATEA (American Tamil Entrepreneurs Association) and TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), speaks to technology audiences in the US and internationally, and received the Confluence Excellence Award at the House of Commons in London.
