Do I need to move back or be in India?
No. Most founders lead their team remotely and visit a few times a year. Our team on the ground handles the day-to-day.
Do I need an Indian company to start?
Not to start. With a managed team we employ the staff for you. When you want your own entity, Build-Operate-Transfer moves the team to it.
Can I start with just two or three people?
Yes. Many founders start small to test the work and grow once the team proves itself.
How do I manage the time difference with the US?
Teams can work shifts that overlap with US mornings or evenings for stand-ups and reviews. We plan this with you before hiring.
Can I visit the campus when I’m in India?
Please do. Tell us your dates and we’ll arrange a visit, meet candidates, and help with travel from the airport.
